Agreed this is outrageous even windows 11 is not working no email searches i get up to 250 mail in a 24 hour cycle can you imagine what a headache it is to search for a specific mail of a week ago.

Absolutely ridicules for Microsoft to provide a less than good solution at best for some Windows 10/11 environments, whilst for others, such as me who have windows 10 Home no solution at all, as this less than good fix requires gpedit, but gpedit is not within windows 10 Home package. Tried everything and wasted an incredible amount of time with this issue. Microsoft, when are we going to get a good and permanent fix for all windows 10/11 users?
Totally agree. Microsoft created this problem for its users in December for both Win10 and Win11, and has now issued TWO patch Tuesday OS updates that HAVE NOT FIXED IT, and with no comment. The Microsoft page for this issue lists some workarounds that ALSO DO NOT WORK, and the same page says the problem is "resolved" - which it clearly is not.
Microsoft does not have the technical capabilities to manage the products it sells. Unbelievably frustrating. If I could cast off all Microsoft products and migrate to something else, I would have done so already.
- @ AC20221045, Now you have said it this is there problem they completely own the market and start charging us exorbitant prices for the 365 packages and guess what they dont work, but you have to keep on paying because you are bound to them with Superglue because there is no real alternative.
It was like the photo editing program called Photoshop C+, they did the same then this small unknown company out there somewhere came up with the same concept just as good if not better and sold the product for a fraction of the price.
Long story short if there is any developer out there please help us end users out.- Hello All

- I agree Franco we need a permanent fix we are paying for a service with out getting the service it is like living in South Africa
- install an operating system with cracked gpedit.msc, you don't need to worry so much 🙂
- In reply to ErolEREN, with respect, is there any point in your previous message, which does not add anything of value whatsoever? Have you not been reading other posts showing that the fix provided by Microsoft does not permanently resolve the issue people are experiencing? So what is the point of installing a different operating system? On top of that, why would I want to install a different operating system, which entail a cost in terms of money and time in order to resolve an issue caused by Microsoft for which they should provide a permanent fix for all?
Unless you have something of value to add to the conversation, may I please respectfully invite you to give some serious consideration before posting pointless advice.- In the face of this problem that has not been solved for a month, will you hope for help from these as if you are opening your hand to God? I gave my opinion, you know if it works for you or not, besides, I was serious about what I wrote, I would do that.
