The outlook search indexing issue got resolved by Applying Microsoft Latest patch for Windows 10 - KB5010793

KB5009543 had VPN issues.

  You can go for Microsoft New Update for Windows 11-KB5010795 . ( released by Microsoft on 1/17/2022)
  The previous update was 5009566 ( released by Microsoft on 1/10/2022 )
  Its not tested, but you can give it a try.

    Ahmed and the rest update work wonders i first did a restart to test and all was working then i did a shutdown and restart it is still working. Thank all those who managed to fix this bug.!!
