I have updated windows 11 with 2022-01 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5009469) AND 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5008353). This seems to be a temp fix as the problem returns after shutdown.
- Note - the problem does not return after a restart but it does return after a shutdown. The only quick temp fix for me is to restart windows search in 'Services.msc'.
