Outlook Search not showing Recent Emails (December-2021)

I am having the exact same issue. I am having to rebuild the index every morning for 10 computers every morning to keep functioning. NEED A SOLUTION ASAP.

    zpropst you do not need to rebuild the index every day.  Just Control-Alt-Delete and end the task Microsoft Windows Search Indexer.  Restart Outlook and it should index properly.  I need to do this every day.....

      i disabled the windows Indexer .... now the search is taking really long and now its not the recent emails but many older emails that are not appearing in the search

      I will check this but the only bad thing is that windows search index is greyd out in services...!
      Anyway tnx for the help
