Outlook search not returning results from body of email

For anyone still struggling with that:

• It still happens and do not give up (indeed I was close to resign to try any further)
• I unsuccessfully rebuilt index 3 times even installing Windows 11 Pro from the scratch on a new disk
• I succeeded with the 4th attempt (!) but I do not know which move really helped 
• Anyway I did the following things:
  • disabled secure boot (please note that the recent Windows installers turn on BitLocker by default so one might need decrypt the disk too after the installation)
  • logged to Microsoft account in Outlook
  • turned on all (irrelevent) options in Search settings (like allowing for Bing search results)
  • turned on Extended Search instead of Classic (but I did not add any extra folders on c: disk so it should be pretty much the same)
  • turned on search for properties of pst files with plain text filter
  • turned off "treat similar words with diacritical marks as sepearate words"
  • (most of that is likely nonsense but something changed the search behaviour and finally triggered the proper search indexing - I am not in the position to narrow this down as with 1.7M elements it takes ~24-48 hours to complete indexing)
