Outlook Search Criteria Missing

I read online that, to search for text in an attachment filename, I should look for "Attachment Contains" criteria in the below menu location. Unfortunately, that location holds very few options for me. Is there something wrong with my install, and where can I find "Attachment Contains" criteria
