Outlook search - some columns missing data

Our views in Outlook display additional information from user defined property that is set on folder and emails. Unless we start start searching everything works fine - I can see check mark in column.

When I start searching with scope current folder and current mailbox - I don't see value in our column.

When I start searching with scope  Subfolders or All outlook items - I can see check mark in view.

I tried resetting view, removing/adding column manually, but this doesn't help - check mark isn't displayed.

When I stop searching everything is back to normal - I can again see the check mark. 

I was able to reproduce it Outlook 365 and Outlook 2016.

Can somebody help me with that? Any additional information from me can be provided.
