Outlook Rules howto

Hi,

i need to evidence some mail with a correlation in the object.

I receive lots of mail with this kind of object. Some between these has different subject and are not grouped automatically by outlook.

Is there a way to use rules or conditional format viewer to evidence mails once they are resolved using the problem identificator (always present in the object) as constant?
