I am aware that your post is nearly a year old. The only information Microsoft provides in the official document regarding your question I am aware of is that they do not provide any information on this topic.
Should you still be looking for a solution, you may want to have a look at the open-source https://set-outlooksignatures.com and its add-on, as they can handle all kinds of signatures, including roaming signatures.
