outlook quit getting email after changing password

I was told to change my password, i did that and outlook quit getting email, i went to att web mail and set up 

Manage secure mail keys,

i then copied that to my outlook 2007 password, does not work, att could not help me and microsoft would not take my phone call, outlook is not working now, with the secure mail key or my password, how do i fix that?
