outlook question for add calendars

Hi. We have added a meeting to our boss's agent at outlook. Then I change the time to change the time and send the update, but it is not updated on the other users' screen. The boss and his agent gave outlook privileges. What causes it? (cf. The two companies' Window account licenses are different)
