Outlook prompting for IMAP password
I think I'm going crazy! My Outlook keeps popping up asking me to add my IMAP password (which I have no idea what it is), and my emails are not updating. I haven't changed anything to my knowledge an...
Just had this happen with my husbands Outlook today and we contacted Microsoft livechat. We ended up logging into our email account on the web and set up a new IMAP password for Outlook, under the security tab. Now it works!!!
