A tech was able to restore the Outlook but now Outlook is just crazy: I can't make a signature block for outgoing emails, it's asking for a work or school account which I don't have, I can't click on contacts in the midst of sending an email...what is the problem here. The last two weeks have been very unproductive because of a host of miscellaneous challenges.
