Outlook Prevents Windows Shutdown
I'm running Office 365 on Windows 11. When I attempt to shutdown Windows after using Outlook normally, I get an error message from Outlook: "There was a problem loading this app. Please close all off...
I'm using the same version. I thought the update corrected the problem; sorry for my mistaken assumption.
The other thing that I did was to disable "Coming Soon." I am running two PCs that had the problem and now do not. (BTW, I also removed the "Coming Soon" UI from Outlook: https://help.digiboon.com/article/82-outlook-turn-off-coming-soon.) This gets rid of the Microsoft To Do app; perhaps that's the source of the problem.

I just switched the button that's on the right side above the Outlook ribbon next to the text "Try it now" from "On" to "Off" and restarted Outlook. That fixed the problem for me.
- I did the same. switching off fixed the shutdown issue for me too.
- Excellent. Hopefully, the problem doesn't return when Microsoft deploys this new design.
