Outlook on Mac and Teams Plug in

Hi

I have recently downloaded and installed Microsoft 365 and Outlook on my Mac. The Teams plug in Outlook is missing and then old tick box on Calendar Preferences is showing. How do I get the Rest Sync and will that cure the problem?
