Outlook on Android adding line breaks to email signature

When replying to an email on my android, outlook (Office 365) is adding a line between each line in my signature. When starting a new email, the signature is fine. My signature is:

Name
Company
Address 1
Address 2
Phone
Fax

BUT, when I reply to an email, my signature becomes:

Name

Address 1

Address 2

Phone

Fax

I send 200 email replies a day...Help!
