Outlook Not Syncing

Outlook is not syncing my emails properly. New emails are not coming, and sometimes sent emails stay in the outbox. I also get connection or server error messages.

I have checked my internet connection and restarted Outlook, but the problem still continues.

Please suggest how to fix this issue.

    Please answer the following questions to I can understand your issue better

    1.  Are you using classic outlook or new outlook?
    2. if you are using classic outlook on the bottom right side next to the zoom you can see the sync status of your outlook , it could say all folders are syncing or all folders are up to date. Please share what you see.
