Outlook not synching with web calendar
I want to (re-)subscribe to a web calendar from icloud.com that stopped synching.
iCloud provides a URL (beginning with webcal://p101-caldav.icloud.com/published/2/...)
that I can enter on the Outlook web client on outlook.office.com (Add calendar > Subscribe from internet > enter URL).
Unfortunately Outlook is not fully synching the calendar any more.
To identify the culprit I used the same link on Google calendar and it could sync without a problem.
So the problem seems to be on the O365 side.
Are there any solutions to this problem?

I'm also looking for a similar solution. I have NOT been able to get the "subscribe from web" calendars that I have subscribed to (using webcals URI) to refresh. I've been searching all over the interwebs for this, and the best I've found so far is: Microsoft's implementation for web calendars is broken and that there seems to be no internal resources dedicated to working on this.
That is the "broken" part is correct (I don't know about the internal resources) - external calendar sync has not worked well for a couple of years. Only fix right now is remove and readd the calendar. :(

Yea this is crazy that this doesn't work and hasn't been working for YEARS. At a minimum, they could have at least changed the description of the webcal import option to indicate that new events won't sync... that's a one day fix and can easily roll out to prod in a sprint or two. My mind is boggled that this doesn't work and that no resources are allocated to this.
I'm a backend software developer, and this missing feature should easily be fixed by one person in a month's time or less. I find it hard to believe Microsoft can't spare one individual for this feature for an app as widely used as outlook. Absolutely pitiful the number of missing features in the new desktop client; took them forever to add a simple resync button that is still hidden like a needle in haystack after all of the waiting for it. I keep wanting to like it so bad, but it really just sucks. I'm finally heavily considering dropping outlook on all my machines and switching to another provider. I know it's Noone's fault on this forum but **bleep** this has been frustrating me how badly they've managed this transition and have to vent somewhere.
