Outlook Not Recognizing Outlook Data Fail

If the problem is continuous than try to open the Outlook in the google chrome or any other browser.

I am currently opening it from Outlook on my home PC, so I am not using a browser.
Are you saying I should try opening it via an OWA method via browser, rather than desktop?
