Outlook not loading - stuck on Loading Profile panel

Hi everyone,

I'm at a loss.  I've tried mostly everything imaginable to fix this error.  When I launch the outlook app on my laptop, it will not load.  It gets stuck on the Loading Profile panel every time.  I get the same error message as well (see below):

I've even tried to run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant but I get the same error as well saying it (see below):

I even installed and reinstalled Office 365. 

Word and Excel launch without issue.  And, yes I have a current license.

Any suggestions?
