Outlook mobile unable to forward emails... sometimes

Sometimes my outlook mobile won't allow me to forward emails.  When trying to forward an email, new email freezes without any information brought over, ... parameters are:  Using Outlook Mobile on Samsung Note 10, Work email is IMAP on HostGator domain account.  Happening to anyone else?
