Outlook mobile app: How to select a contact to send an email to

When creating a new email, I would like to be able to select a contact from the list of Outlook contacts when I populate the "to" line. Is there a way to do this with the mobile app? The desktop version of Outlook has a button labelled "To" that brings up the list of contacts, but the mobile app does not seem to have this functionality. It will show a list of email addresses that were previously used to send emails to, but if I have never sent an email to a particular contact or if that contact's email address has changed since then, this feature does not help me.

If there is no such feature currently in the mobile app, I would strongly suggest adding it soon.
