Outlook Meetings Limited to 1 HOUR???

From IOS/iphone app, Outlook DOES NOT PERMIT MODIFICATION TO THE MEETING DURATION. It is always one hour (or all day). Edit > no option to change the start or end time, drag to extend doesn't work either. Is this really the case? Can't edit the duration from a phone-based Outlook app?
