Outlook Meeting Invite With Multiple Time Slots
Good day!
Trying to get some information on if there's a solution to a re-occurring obstacle I've been facing with setting up meetings in Outlook.
Basically what I'm trying to do is send out and create 1 meeting invite that has multiple attendees that are required for different time slots during that meeting. For example:
- Scheduling a interview with a candidate - The interview is 2 hours long in total
- Create a single meeting invite from 12pm-2pm
- The "candidate" would be scheduled from 12pm-2pm. From 12pm-1pm I need employee "A" and "B" to attend. From 1pm-2pm I need employee "C" and "D" to attend.
Is there a way to perform this without creating 3 different meeting invites for the candidate and both pairs of employees? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

jharrisgrayI have the same query for the desktop option.
I found out you can do that from the IOs Outlock app.
- Send new email
- Bottom left, click on send availability
- select stots and the send email
Hope this helps
