Outlook Meeting Feature

Hello, 

 

Is there a way to automatically add someone to a meeting invite each time one is created? The only catch here is, there would have to be some way to filter which meetings need this person added. For example, if keywords could be used like "client meeting" so that all client meetings include a specific team member. Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
