Perform these steps to troubleshoot Chrome,
1. Disable Browser Extensions
2. Use an Incognito Window. Does the issue with Outlook occur in InCognito of Chrome?
3. Check for Chrome Updates. Ensure that your Chrome browser is up to date.

my only extension is my anti virus. If I delete it will I lose protection?
- Do not delete it, can you temporarily disable it? Have you tried the incognito mode?
- I tried the incognito mode and had same problem of freezing. Disable the extension how?
