Outlook mail black background
Hi ,
One of my users has a bizarre issue whereby only the body received emails have a black background. Toolbars and the rest of the app are system default. This is both in reading paneand when opening mail. I have checked his appearance settings and they are
Office background - no background
Office Theme - Use system setting.
Also mode sure windows is not in high contrast mode

Looks like the "switch background" mode is toggled to dark, follow the instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dark-mode-in-outlook-3e2446e0-9a7b-4189-9af9-57fb94d02ae3#PickTab=Classic_Outlook
In particular, make sure "Never change the message background color" is not ticket, which will enable the button to switch on demand.
