Outlook login

 

Hey guys! I need help figuring out why I get this message shown in the picture everytime I try to log in and send a picture.

    Hi Nicolec2175,

    the error message is showing (saying) that your user does not have a mailbox and a licence assigned.

    Check if your user has a Microsoft licence and a mailbox in Microsoft 365 admin center:
    https://admin.microsoft.com/

    If it does, try to remove the licence and add it againg.
