Outlook keeps crashing

Thank you for taking the time to look at this.

When we try to do create an e-mail in Outlook 2021, Outlook closes and reopens.  We are not able to send an e-mail.  In looking at the Event Logs, we get:

I have completely uninstalled Office, restarted the PC then reinstalled Office.  It seem to be working fine yesterday afterwards, but this morning, it started crashing again.

I also ran SFC/SCANNOW.
