Hadas2020Copper ContributorDec 08, 2020Outlook keep sent message in draft folder I have Outlook 365, it suddenly started to keep a draft copy of all send email. so the emails are both in the sent items folder and in the draft folder. How do I cancel that?
js2009Copper ContributorJun 02, 2023Hadas2020 I have the same issue. It happens intermittently. The message is sent, I think, but still in the draft folder. I understand how it should work, once sent it shiould be deleted from draft. but that is not what is happening ... Jonathan
