Outlook is not starting and its showing loading profile

Hi,

I am on Windows 7 and on 1st August I started seeing the issue in it where its not starting the outlook and its showing the Loading profile. Also I have noticed that the its not showing any notifications now for Adobe or Java to update which it always does.

Please help me on this.
