Outlook is crashing in my Macbook

I just upgraded my MS Office to 2019. However, Outlook is crashing after 10-15 seconds of bouncing. I tried making changes in Profile Manager, but it also didn't open. Also, I found an .exe file to troubleshoot the problem but it didn't opened too. What is the best possible way to fix this issue?
