Outlook (hotmail account)

Hi, 

I wonder if anyone can help with me a question I have. 

I have just had to reset my password in my Outlook (very old hotmail email address), and upon doing so and logging back in, everything has been deleted. 

I have so many emails that I wanted to keep and I have no idea where to start with trying to recover them. Has anyone else had this problems and managed to fix it?
