Outlook hangs on profile 365

Launches ok on first try after power up. If I use excel then try to launch outlook, it Hans on loading profile. Only a restart allows it to work. It also opens a blank excel sheet when it hangs. Win 10 with most current updates. Tried office uninstall and clean reload. Same issue. Web based office doesn't do the problem
