Outlook Group

How to link a user created groups (GrpA, GrpB, GrpC) into a another new group (GrpD) as is. So that whenever new user got added into Grp A or B will have access to receive emails while addressing GrpD.

All this groups not created using office admin tool.

Is it possible with current office 365 tool?
