Outlook for web
Hello, I am trying to send mass personalised emails on Outlook for web but don't know how. Could anyone tell me what to do, the tutorials I've watched only demonstrate the downloadable outlook.

At this time, the mail merge functionality, which allows personalizing bulk messages in Outlook desktop version, is not available for the Outlook Online.
You can
• download / use the Outlook windows version,
• use Power Automate, or
• download third party mail merge app specifically for browser
