Outlook for mobile Android Feed and contacts missing on some devices

Hi - I have a few separate devices and I am using Outlook for Android from the Play Store on the apps.

 

One of the apps has a new tab bar at the bottom with additional options for "Feed, Contacts, Files".

 

However on all my other devices (and also my IOS device), the new tab bar is missing even though it's all updated to the latest version.  In those I can still only see "Email / Search / Calendar".

 

How do I update the other devices to the new better format with more options?

    Javert1969595 I have arrived here while searching for a solution to this same weird problem! In my case, I have two 'users' on the one tablet. One user has the 'new' contacts - files - feed taskbar while the other user has the 'old' mail - search - calendar taskbar! There are no updates pending for either user! Hope someone @Microsoft is paying attention to this thread.
