Outlook for Mac

I use Outlook for Mac  ( MOnterey)

Since Friday Outlook opens and immediately. closes with this error report.   I would really like any help to help me get this sorted as I cannot work without it. 

I have checked the Framework as some conversations suggested  it was osf.framework but I do not have any capitals in it so it isn't this . Thank you  ( PS I am not extremely technical ) I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, update all the Office updates and my Mac.
