Outlook for Mac sync issues

This is one of the most outlook common issue, so please try following technical steps:
- First of all clear all outlook caches.https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/clear-the-cache-in-outlook-for-mac-6f230dfa-7f12-4606-bb1a-55ee19087033
- you can also use this tool to claer you license without deinstalling the outlook app, and will not imapct negative. Just close all O365 apps and run the tool, then try to open new word file first and provide your login data, after that open the outlook and test the performance https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac-b032c0f6-a431-4dad-83a9-6b727c03b193
- you can also try to craete new outlook profile in case nothing help, the profile could be corrupted, but in case you could access the same profile from another device and it works, so my recommendation is to use the clear license tool
- you can also check the outlook addins and try to decativate them, then check the performance
