I completely understand your frustration — losing trust in what Outlook does with your data is exhausting, especially when things seem to move or disappear without a clear trace.
I’ve been thinking about a small, practical workaround — something like a daily mailbox summary that shows which emails were moved, when, and to which folders.
It wouldn’t fix Outlook’s core issues, but it might at least make it easier to see what happened during the day and confirm nothing was lost.
Would something like that be useful in your workflow, or does it feel like just another extra step?
