Outlook for Mac not saving default email account

The president of the company is a Mac user and has 3 different email addresses in Outlook.  They set their main account as default but it keeps changing back to rarely used accounts.  Anyone have any ideas on solving the issue?  It's happening on a brand new computer too.  Didn't have that problem on the previous Mac.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
