Outlook for Mac drops attachments

Same problem. 3 MACs in the office, all running on the same version of Ventura and all subscribed to the same O365 account. I'm the only one whose Outlook fails to send the attachment with the email. I can sometimes get it to go through if I close Outlook and restart it, but after the first email, it reverts to failing to send the attachment again. Have uninstalled and reinstalled all Office apps and still have the problem. Posting here just so I can follow and see when this gets resolved.
