Outlook for MAC does not include attached files

my workaround save as draft and then send from online outlook. It does seem a very long time with a fault thought.
this is my chosen work around too.
- Interesting observation. I have three office 365 accounts all signed into the outlook app. Only one of the accounts has the problem. My other two accounts work fine.
Wondering if removing the account them re-adding it might resolve the issue. (Just worried about losing all my files)
