Outlook for MAC does not include attached files

currently, after 18th we got a few users to do the following:
Make sure they have updated office to the latest release 16.76
clear the cache via the menu in the new outlook (exchange mailboxes only?)
recreate the signature
currently, this is working with no issues. well we have not heard from the users for now. we are still keeping an eye out
we also had 3-4 users upgraded to the public beta of Sanoma (MacOS 14). But we dont think that would of resolved the issue as MS confirmed it ws their issue.
