Outlook for Mac crashes on startup

Hi community - I just updated Outlook for Mac in the app store and now Outlook crashes every time I try to start it.  Using OS Catalina.  I've done first aid on my mac as well as a safe mode start up.  Also deleted then reinstalled the Outlook app.  Any thoughts?  Thanks!

    What version is your OS and what version is the outlook app that was downloaded?
