Outlook is working fine after updating MacOS to v15.1 and outlook to v16.91. Thanks for all your suggestions.
Apps worked except I couldn't login on my hotmail account in Outlook. Now tried the New Outlook and all seems fine, especially after a new update from MS

My issue with Outlook and Word is still unresolved, even though other MS apps like Teams are working fine. On top of that, I’m traveling and relying on Outlook webmail to get things done, but I’m not getting any app updates either. Super frustrated with both MS and Apple 😞
