Outlook for Mac 16.113 Search not functioning in Legacy View

Title says it all.

I have reindexed Spotlight, I have reverted backwards to .112 and .111 and no matter what I do, I can not get the search function to work again in Legacy view.

I promise, I am NOT going to use the new view, it is hideous. 

Please help me, someone! I knew there were discussions about .112 search not working, and XML messages, but I haven't found this issue posted anywhere.

Doesn't anyone actually test these releases before they send them out? :)
