Build 16.100 in the beta channel doesn't have this issue. So if people can't wait they can change to beta channel under advanced settings in the Microsoft Autoupdater (remember to deselect auto update).

I did this the same day you posted it and it worked for me. After updating everything was back to normal. I went back to the normal release channel for future updates, but you just save it for us. Thanks!
