Outlook Folders closing upon restart
Good Morning All,
We are having some issues with users requesting that their outlook seems to be closing folders and sub-folders upon closing and restarting outlook and if there is any way to keep them open. Does anyone have nay ideas as to keep they folders expanded when closing and re-opening outlook. We have tried expanding all and running repair to see if there is something wrong, however we do not see a setting that can be changed for this exact issue. Please Advise
Try resetting the View, or creating a new one. Similarly, you can run Outlook with the /cleanviews switch to reset the default views.
