4.2243.1 and 4.2244.1 version from Google Play Store are crashing.
4.2240.1 from Samsung Store works fine.
uninstall Outlook.
Disable automatic updates from Play store.
install Outlook from Samsung store. (actually 4.2240.1)
Now outlook works.

I think it would help to always identify what devices we are taking about otherwise some users might assume that 4.2243.1 has caused all Android devices to crash when opening Outlook 4.2243.1, From what I have seen this problem only effects Samsung devices and predominantly the A13 and the later 4.2244.1 has not resolved the issue but reverting to 4.2241.1 does.
I have a Tab A and this also crashed with 4.2243.1 but does not with 4.2241.1.or 4.2244.1
There have been comments that the A20 series have not been effected by 4.2243.1
